Store Policy/F.A.Q.

Pick Up Policy​

  • We allow Treatz and Cakez to be picked up from our location. During checkout, our information will be provided. Rochester, NY area residents only.

  • Pick-Up Times: Monday - Friday 3pm-7pm. You will be contacted to schedule a pick-up day & time.

  • Christmas Orders: Please order BEFORE December 23rd. Baking and order pick up will resume Jan 2nd

Shipping Policy 

  • We ship through the United States Postal Service using Priority mail.

  • Please allow 2 -7 business days for shipping. 

  • Flat Rate Shipping is $7.99

  • Buddy Cakez are NOT shipped

  • Christmas Orders: Please order BEFORE December 20th in order to receive your treatz in a timely matter. Treat orders placed after December 20th will not be baked or shipped until January 5th.

 

Order Processing

  • ​Treat orders are accepted daily

  • All orders are baked Friday - Sunday. After your order is baked, we then freeze up to 24 hours to contain freshness.

  • We ship orders Monday - Wednesday

  • After your purchase you will be notified when your treats will be shipped to you.

 

Return/ Exchange Policy

  • All sales are FINAL with the exception of "lost in transit" orders. 

  • If you receive your order and the treatz expire (moldy) within 1 day of receiving them, you may place a new order at no cost. Please Contact Us to place a new order.

 

Preserving Buddy's Treatz​

  • All treatz, breath fresherz and pupcakez MUST be refrigerated (30 days) or frozen (60 days) to keep their freshness

F.A.Q.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

5-14 business days once your order is placed. This includes the order processing, baking and shipping time frame.

 

Can I contact you to have an item custom made that you don't sell?

Yes. I do take custom orders for items I don't sell in my store. However, please understand the price will be significantly higher and may take longer than 2 weeks to fulfill.

How much should I feed my dog?

One treat a day is ideal. Always in moderation. 

 

Do you ship Internationally?
No I only ship through out the United States Of America (not including HI, AK and Puerto Rico)

 

Do you offer Wholesale Pricing?

Are the products you use made in the USA and home made?
Yes.

 

What are the base ingredients for the dog treats?

  • Organic Brown Rice & Oat flour, cinnamon, coconut oil, flaxseed, oatmeal, egg, honey and apple cider vinegar.

  • Grain Free: Coconut flour

  • For our frosting we use Carob or our Yogurt blend frosting of a mix of organic low fat yogurt, peanut butter and honey.
